Several days ago we got some snow, and ever since then it's been really cold and sunny, so it's stuck around. Very uncommon for the Seattle area. I think it was last Thursday morning, I looked out the window towards where the sun was rising. It was so beautiful I had to take pictures. The steam rising from the fence, the smoke coming out of the chimney's, the ice everywhere, and all this nicely contrasted by the sun behind it. Just gorgeous. The picture still doesn't do it justice. Click on it to see it better!

What a gorgeous picture! I love the look of the fog and steam in the morning. I can't believe how cold it has been outside, even in the afternoon. It's crazy, but I'm sure it's much more cold early in the morning.
